We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver commissioned reports, and understand how this site is used.
Enquiry submissions are handled through our forms processor (Formspree) and delivered to us by email.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard Google Analytics 4 usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral information) to understand how the site is used. No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them. See Cookies & analytics below.
When you commission a report, you provide the planning documents to be reviewed. These are covered separately below.
Documents provided for a commissioned report are held in strict confidence. Access is limited to the reviewer carrying out the audit and the director; they are not disclosed to any third party except as required to deliver the report you commissioned.
We do not sell, share or repurpose your submission documents. They are used solely to produce the report you have commissioned.
Retention: submission documents are retained for 6 months after delivery, and deleted on request. To ask us to delete your documents, email shanegee@vscore.tech.
Our analysis is carried out with the assistance of large-language-model tooling, used under contractual confidentiality. Your documents are not used to train third-party models. A chartered town planner (MRTPI) reviews and signs off every report before delivery; the technology supports the analysis, it does not replace professional judgment.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it. Enquiry correspondence is kept for 12 months; commissioned engagement records are kept for 6 years in line with our professional and legal obligations; submission documents are retained as set out above and deleted on request.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email shanegee@vscore.tech and we will respond within the statutory period.
