Accounts, payments, uploaded documents and reports are handled in the V-Score app at app.vscore.tech. They are covered by the app's privacy notice and the document handling page, which explain where documents are stored, who processes them, and when they are deleted.
Enquiries are handled by our form processor, Formspree, and delivered to us by email. Please do not send planning documents through the form.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard Google Analytics 4 usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral information) to understand how the site is used. No analytics cookies are set unless you accept them.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for 12 months, unless it leads to work for you, in which case it is kept with the records for that work. Analytics data is kept under Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable form where that applies.
