One fixed price per report. Your price is the smallest size that covers both your document count and your page count. If a set is unusually heavy to read, for example mostly drawings, the app may place it in the next size up; you see this and the reason before you pay. VSCORE Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Text, scanned reports and drawings are read and checked against each other and against the policy in force when the application was submitted.
By email and in your account. Your report and documents are deleted on the date shown before you pay, with a deletion receipt.

Files that cannot be opened, such as password-protected or damaged files, are listed before you pay so you can replace them. Exact duplicates are read once.
A Check is usually ready the same day, and always within 1 working day. You get an email when your report is ready.
We look into it the same working day. If it cannot be completed, we refund you in full to your original payment method and email you to say so.
Check the file list before you pay. If you spot a mistake afterwards, email info@vscore.tech within 7 days of receiving your report and we will offer one re-run with the corrected documents at no extra charge, provided the new set falls in the same price band.
Yes. Delete them from your account at any time and you receive a deletion receipt.
Yes. Choose "Refused" when you upload and add the decision notice. The report links each point to the reasons for refusal and shows what would need to change for a new application.
No. It is a fast, thorough reading of the documents that helps you and your consultant see the problems early. Decisions on what to change remain yours.
